It doesn’t mean we have to stay in the dark, but that we pay particular attention to energy consumption. So we try to effectively save energy, but without compromising the comfort of our guests.
Electric vehicles are currently not only very trendy, but of course also environmentally friendly. That's why they are particularly welcome here, and we have even set up 16 e-charging stations especially for them.
We give importance to regional products because they taste delicious, but above all, because they are transported over short distances. Doing so has less impact on the effects of climate change. In addition, we are more aware of the production methods used.
The quality of the water that comes from our source is excellent. This allows us to avoid taking water from external sources and, consequently, pollute the environment with transport on long journeys.
Vegetarian and vegan cuisine can be really tasty. The bonus is doing something good for the environment, reducing meat consumption and paying particular attention to the origin of the products.
Even when it comes to waste, we are particularly careful and carry out separate collection. In this way, what seems to have become useless, is recycled and regains a new life.
